"Hi friends! I am a Texas A&M graduate student, pursuing my Master's in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications. My primary interest is research about school garden programs and their impact on youth development and well being. My goal for this blog is to make a minimal waste lifestyle seem achievable & fun (bc it is!) instead of seeming like this huge daunting task."

"Hey yall! I'm a southerner relocated to the PNW. While my heart is still in Dixie, I'm currently soaking up all that the pacific northwest has to offer. I have decades of interest in being sustainable and mindful about what I put into my body and out into the world. I balance my time between being a mother of 2, an advocate for the voiceless (both furry and human), and an outdoor enthusiast through hiking, paddle-boarding, camping, you name it!
